Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for all orders within India.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding 

weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:  

• Free Delivery: For orders with a total value above ₹500, we offer free delivery across India.
• Flat Rate Delivery: For orders with a total value below ₹500, a flat shipping rate of ₹250 will be charged..

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use trusted carriers such as DTDC and Delhivery for shipping orders.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within the India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on the selected destination.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Returns Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns for items purchased directly from our website within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain returns.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
